Biography

Ogunrinu Olagoke Felix is an environmental scientist who was born in the 90’s in Cross River State, Nigeria and raised in the south western part of Nigeria. He received a National Diploma certificate in Geological Technology from the Polytechnic Ibadan in 2014. He furthered his educational career at the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Ondo State where he was awarded a Bachelor of Agricultural Technology degree in Forestry and Wood Technology from the Federal University of Technology, Akure in 2019.

Previously, He worked as a geophysical surveyor and borehole driller at Water World Global Solution. During his undergraduate studies, he served as the Financial Secretary (2016-2018) and Electoral General Secretary (2019) of the International Forestry Student Association.

In 2018, he carried out his six months’ undergraduate internship program at Centre for Space Research and Application, Akure, Ondo State, Bisrod Furniture Company, Ijare-Ijebu Ode, Ogun State and Forestry Research Institute of Nigeria, Jericho, Ibadan. He co-founded an environmental initiative name “Eco Sustainers” in 2019.

Currently, he is carrying out his National Youth Service Corp program at the Ministry of Forestry, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, Ogun State.
